General Terms of Use
Summary:
The Terms of Use of the Entrio system apply to everyone who uses the Entrio system and constitute an electronic agreement between the user and Entrio.
These Terms of Use (hereinafter "TOU") apply to any use of the website www.entrio.si (hereinafter "Entrio system", "System", "Site") owned by the company Entrio.si d.o.o., , registration number: 8316813000, VAT number: SI 35440376 (VAT payer), email address: [email protected], registered in the court register at the District Court in Ljubljana, case no.: 2018/45191 (hereinafter "Entrio").
The Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the "ToU") apply to any use of the website www.entrio.hr (hereinafter referred to as the "Entrio System", "System", "Website") owned by the company Entrio tehnologije d.o.o. (hereinafter referred to as "Entrio").
Organizer is any visitor to the Entrio System who has successfully entered their product/service/event into the Entrio System with the aim of promoting and/or selling the said product/service/event, with the note that for the distribution of commercial tickets, the Organizer must be a legal entity.
Buyer is any visitor to the Entrio System who has come to the Website with the intention of finding out about upcoming events and, if possible, purchasing a product/service offered on the Entrio System (if ticket sales for that event are conducted through the Entrio System; otherwise, the visitor will be directed to the appropriate point of sale).
User is any visitor to the Entrio System, including the Organizer and the Buyer.
This document is an electronic contract between Entrio and the User, and by accepting it, both parties accept all rights, obligations and responsibilities stated herein. Users are solely responsible for familiarizing themselves with these ToU. If the User continues to use the Entrio System after arriving at the Website, they have accepted these ToU under which the Entrio System is made available.
By registering/opening a user profile on the Entrio System, the User additionally accepts these General Terms of Use and the Sales Terms.

Entrio sells tickets on behalf of and for the account of the organiser and offers users a quick and easy way to find events and purchase tickets.
1 Description of Services
Entrio.si d.o.o. (hereinafter "Entrio") enables and manages the promotional sale of products / services as an intermediary on behalf of and for the account of the organiser via the website www.entrio.si and associated websites. The Entrio system is primarily intended for event organisers — such as meetings, celebrations, conferences, seminars, virtual and similar events — enabling them to advertise their registration, sell tickets and accompanying products / services, as well as providing numerous analytical and supporting tools to increase the productivity of their event.
Summary:
To purchase tickets and access the system, you must register.
2 User Account Registration
In order to purchase products or services available on the Entrio system, users are required to register a user profile in advance (registration). Opening a user profile is essential — only in this way will the user have easy and convenient access to their completed purchases and orders, as well as the ability to manage and change their settings.
When registering with the Entrio system, the user must enter personal data. The user agrees that (1) the data entered is correct and valid, and (2) that they will regularly update this information. If there is suspicion that some of a user's data is incorrect, Entrio reserves the right to disable the user account and further use of the system.
Summary:
The terms of use may change in the future, so we recommend that you monitor them regularly.
3 Changes to the Terms
Entrio reserves the right to terminate or amend the terms of use in this document at any time, without prior notice, if it deems it necessary. We therefore recommend that users regularly monitor the information in the terms of use, which informs them of such changes. If, after a change, the user continues to use the system, it shall be deemed that they have understood and fully read and accepted the new terms.

4 Use of the Entrio System
Entrio enables the user to use the services of ticket purchasing and event promotion, provided that such use (1) is in accordance with the terms of use, and (2) does not conflict with the applicable laws of the Republic of Slovenia. In addition, the user agrees not to attempt to (3) obtain the source code of the system in any way, (4) resell or lend any part of the system (except for the purpose of using the ticket sales function), nor (5) under any circumstances to disrupt or attempt to disrupt the operation of the Entrio system.
Summary:
Be mindful of copyright and note that you are responsible for all content you enter into the system. Entrio assumes no responsibility for content entered by users.
5 System Content and User Conduct
All materials found in the Entrio system are the exclusive right and property of the company and are used with the express permission of the copyright holder and trademark rights holder and/or any form of design. Any copying, distribution, transmission, publication, linking, downloading or modification without the express written approval of the company is strictly prohibited. Any violation of conditions that may constitute an infringement of copyright, trademark rights or other rights, which may cause another form of intellectual property damage, may be grounds for initiating civil or commercial proceedings against the perpetrator.
When using the system, the user also has the option to upload images and enter data that is displayed on the event page. All information entered by the user must be in compliance with the terms of use. Entrio cannot review all data entered into the system and therefore cannot guarantee that all such data is accurate and in compliance with the terms of use, and therefore cannot guarantee that such data does not violate rules and rights. Any user who notices such content on the website must immediately report it to [email protected], and Entrio commits to removing the content as soon as possible.
The user agrees not to enter data that:
- Could harm other persons.
- Is incorrect or contrary to the law.
- Is an illegal version of a copyrighted work.
- Includes pornographic material.
- Supports illegal activities.
- Promotes commercial activities not permitted under the terms of use.
- Violates the terms of use and the law of the Republic of Slovenia.
By publishing data on websites owned by Entrio or via the Entrio website, the user has granted Entrio a free, legally valid, irrevocable, and non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, modify, publish, adapt, translate, distribute, perform, and present such data, either independently or as part of a larger entity, in any form, on any medium, or through any technology known or later developed, and to share these rights with multiple distributors who are part of this permission.
Summary:
If two users have disputes between them, Entrio is not legally liable.
6 Liability for Damages
The user agrees to be liable for their own actions and shall not hold Entrio.si d.o.o., its subsidiaries, their responsible persons, employees, and representatives liable for any damage claims and costs, including legal representation costs, that may arise from the use of these websites by the user.
Summary:
Entrio reserves the right to terminate user cooperation if the user does not act fairly and in accordance with Entrio's rules.
7 Termination of Business Relationship
Entrio may terminate its business relationship with any of its users at any time. Entrio reserves the right to terminate the use of all user accounts at any time if it determines that the conduct of the end user is unacceptable to Entrio, as well as in cases of non-compliance with the terms of use by the end user.
Summary:
For any possible legal disputes between the parties and Entrio, the competent court is in Ljubljana.
8 Miscellaneous
The chapter headings used in these terms serve only for ease of navigation and in no way affect the interpretation of the text within them. If a competent court finds that any paragraph is void, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of any other provision of these terms, and the remaining parts of these terms shall remain in force. If either party does not exercise its rights under these terms, this shall not be considered a waiver or loss of those rights, nor of any other rights mentioned herein.
The registered office of Entrio.si d.o.o. is in Ljubljana, Slovenia. Legal disputes that may arise as a result of the use of these websites (unless otherwise stipulated by a special agreement) fall under the jurisdiction of the court in Ljubljana and are resolved in accordance with the regulations of the Republic of Slovenia. By using these websites, the user agrees that any dispute or claim arising from or related to the terms of use or their enforcement falls under the jurisdiction of the court in Ljubljana.
